Hey hey! Have you heard the news? Zegna X Sartori! Whoop!Whoop! I know, I know… It’s just that the fashion world is celebrating and I am joining in.

Ermenegildo Zegna has announced the engagement of Alessandro Sartori as its artistic director with responsibility across all Zegna brands and for all creative functions and for that all fashion mavens across the globe rejoice. Why? Ehm…

Only because Sartori’s arrival on the world’s largest exclusively menswear luxury fashion business is the greatest fashion bet since 1994 when Tom Ford was promoted to Creative Director of Gucci. (Dah!)

And from a big international collaboration to a small domestic one that for me is as important as the fact that the sales of Uggs are finally falling (Fashion world rejoices again.) So, with no further ado, I proudly announce my collaboration with one of Cyprus’s top of the range luxury brand stores, Amicci.

My first big collaboration has me over-the-top enthused and so very honoured! Amicci introduced the Cyprus market to high-end luxury brand clothing and accessories in the early 1980s and more than three decades later, it still remains the “go to” venue for those seeking the finest, in fashion, trendy and luxury items for every season.

In this post, little old me dressed from head to toes in Ermenegildo Zegna from Amicci and feeling exactly how Alessandro Sartori described the ideal man when he personified his customer as “a man who is chic and refined with a very good style. A lot of education. But relaxed, not stiff. That’s what I like.” And most certainly that’s what we like. The type of man we all should be: chic, educated and cool, the guy that fashion has been crushing on since the very beginning of the existence of menswear.

Stefano Pilati’s exit from the Trivero-based menswear titan came hot on the heels of Sartori’s adieu from Berlutti and so Ermenegildo Zegna
